Subscriber Payment for particular channels on Persian Radio TV. is made on a month-to-month basis. You will automatically be charged the monthly subscriber fee until you cancel your subscription (which you may do at any time) or until your subscription is cancelled by Persian Radio TV. If you purchase a monthly subscription to access a particular channel and cancel at any time during that subscription month, Persian Radio TV. will not refund any of your subscription charges for that particular month.

Persian Radio TV. has provided free demonstration video streams to test your ability to received video streams from Persian Radio TV. It is required that you test these free demonstration video streams before subscribing to any Persian Radio TV. video channels. While you may cancel your subscription(s) at any time, Persian Radio TV. will not provide any refund to users for reasons related in any way to the users ability to receive a satisfactory video stream from Persian Radio TV.

1.2 Copyright. The Site Content and Site Code are owned by Persian Radio TV. and/or its licensors and content providers and are protected by applicable domestic and international copyright laws. Copyright 1999-2005 Persian Radio TV., All Rights Reserved. Unless expressly permitted elsewhere in the Site by Persian Radio TV., you shall not copy, distribute, publish, perform, modify, download, transmit, transfer, sell, license, reproduce, create derivative works from or based upon, distribute, post, publicly display, frame, link, or in any other way exploit any of the Site Content or Code, in whole or in part. Links to the Site, other than to the Home Page, are only permitted upon express permission from and arrangement with Persian Radio TV. Any rights not expressly granted to you herein are reserved. 1.4 Billing-Billing/Invoicing occurs at the billing cycles are from month to month base don when the subscriber began service during the month. Standard billing terms are monthly, with automatic renew on a monthly basis unless services are terminated according to the provisions of this agreement.

1.5 CreditCard Chargebacks: If your credit card transaction is approved, and completed through our payment system, then gets charged back or refused for any reason (Bank Charge Back) other than by Persian RadioTV refunding your payment on our end (Credit Card Refund), you will be charged a $25.00 Chargeback fee to cover our bank charges. If for any reason you do not settle your overdue account within 90 days, your account will be turned over for collections or a Garnishment of wages may be initiated against you. You will be responsible for any reasonable expenses that are incurred as a result of attempting to collect a debt including but not limited to Collection Agency fees, Court costs and attorney fees.

If you do not notify Persian Radio TV your intent to cancel your subscription by email (with email proof) or use the control panel of Persian Radio TV to cancel your subscription, and cancel thru your back to effect a chargeback, you shall be liable for all subscription fees to the date Persian RadioTV was notified of your cancellation or charge back by its back or credit card company as well as any subsequent charges as explained in the above paragraph.
